ČERNOBÍLÁ CESTA (BLACK AND WHITE ROUTE)
The most beautiful studies and problems of Mario Matouš, the best Czech chess composer of the 20th century, and bizarre chess stories of Pavel Houser connected by illustrations of Kristina Peřichová into one splendid book.
The book was published also in limited numbered edition (100 copies), bound in imitation leather with an embossed diagram, paper cover and sewn ribbon bookmark.
On 240 pages you will found 45 studies and problems, 22 stories and 36 illustrations. The book is supplemented by biographies of both of the authors and several yet non-published photos. The book was published by Prague chess society in 2014.

ČEZ Chess Trophy 2014
GM Nakamura´s simul
[30.04.2014 00:00:00] - Measure your strengths with one of the best and the most original chessplayers of the planet. Hikaru Nakamura was the No. 3 player in the world ranking (to the 1st of January 2014) and he has been one of the world´s top ten for the few years and he is the best chessplayer of USA.
On the beginning of June, he will be the main guest of the chess festival ČEZ CHESS TROPHY 2014 and besides the match against the best Czech chessplayer Davida Navara, he will also play a simul against 30 rivals.
The simul will take place on Friday the 6th of June 2014 at 3 p.m. in the Michna Palace, on Prague´s Kampa, and you can participate also! If you want to play, the price of one place in simul is 2,900 CZK (info via e-mail: pavel.matocha@gmail.com).
Spectators are free to come until fulfilling the hall capacity.
