Indian Snowdrop on the ski slope

Indian Snowdrop on the ski slope

[14.12.2012] - Indian grandmaster Tania Sachdev went to ski to Pekelský vrch in Krkonoše on her free day of Wednesday. It was her first contact with snow, but even if she never was standing on skis, she was able to descend the downhill well after one hour under supervision of a skiing expert. You can see her talent on the following photoreportage.

Also the fresh air and skiing came out as the best preparation possible for facing Oldhands. While other three Snowdrops, who passed their free day in Prague, finally lost their games, Tania Sachdev managed to defeat her adversary.

[12.12.2012] - Oldhands wrote down the first winning in the fourth round! After all, they will start the free day of Wednesday in a better mood, because they managed to wipe out one point of the Snowdrop´s lead. The game of Oleg Romanišin with Valentina Gunina and the game of Vlastimil Hort with Tania Sachdev didn´t ride up the balance and finished by a quick draw. The plag was raised by Fridrik Olafsson, who didn´t let the Kristýna Havlíková´s king go to the castling, and forced the capitulation already in the move 24. Snowdrops or Oldhand-eaters?

Snowdrops or Oldhand-eaters?

Wolfgang Uhlmann didn´t manage to reinforce his adventageous position against Valentina Gunina and the match finished in a calm waters of a fair draw.
