The most beautiful studies and problems of Mario Matouš, the best Czech chess composer of the 20th century, and bizarre chess stories of Pavel Houser connected by illustrations of Kristina Peřichová into one splendid book.
The book was published also in limited numbered edition (100 copies), bound in imitation leather with an embossed diagram, paper cover and sewn ribbon bookmark.
On 240 pages you will found 45 studies and problems, 22 stories and 36 illustrations. The book is supplemented by biographies of both of the authors and several yet non-published photos. The book was published by Prague chess society in 2014.

[19.10.2011] - During the last playing day the Chess train was returning from Krakow to Prague and chess players were waiting for five rounds. In these rounds grandmaster Robert Cvek was finishing in a very good shape, but experienced IM Richard Biolek finally defended his victory. We can say with happiness and just a half point thanks to tie-break, but the history will not ask for it any more. The Queen of England will read in the newspaper that international master Richard Biolek has won the first international chess tournament in the train.

[18.10.2011] - Chess train arrived to the last period city and chess players were welcomed in beautiful Krakow. If we should summarize a penultimate playing day, we should not miss dining room. Two of the participants had birthday – Michal Spacek (40) and Jakub Polach (35) - and so the waiters took in speed additional and following bottles of champagne out from the fridge. [17.10.2011] - After the third playing day IM Richard Biolek is leading the tournament in the Chess train. He has already escaped his opponents by reaching a point more. Will it be enough or will the main group knock his solo escape out? There are just eight rounds to the end and the main catching group is made up from GM Robert Cvek, Mark Gluchovskij, Jiri Groh and IM Jan Michalek.

[16.10.2011] - After the first third of the tournament, five rounds, GM Robert Cvek with IM Richard Biolek, who gained 4,5 points, are leading the tournament. A half point behind them there are IM Reprintsev, IM Schneider, IM Pisk, Van Der Heijden and Jan Fiala.

[15.10.2011] - On Friday at 5 p.m. after a pleasant seven hours train ride the chess train finally arrived in Vienna. After the first playing day, after having completed the first three rounds out of fifteen, the intermediate ranking is headed by six players with three points. Among them there are five player GM Robert Cvek, IM Alex Reprintsev, IM Bernd Schneider, IM Richard Biolek and IM Jan Michálek as well as the chief-editor of the russian chess magazine Mark Gluchovskij. [14.10.2011] - „At first we were surprised by the idea of organizing a chess tournament in a train, it was an unexpected, new idea, but we are really happy that we have realized it together with Prague Chess Society.“ said during the festive dispatching of the chess train Antonin Blazek, Deputy of General Director of Czech Railways.
