TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS

- 11-rounds rapid chess open tournament by Swiss System
- rate of play: 2x 20 min with increment of 5 s per move
- results are not rated on the ELO list
- number of participants is limited by the capacity of the train (the organizer decides about the acceptance on the basis of the order in which the applications were received)
- all games are played in the train
- entry fee EUR 199 (EUR 149 for non-playing accompanying passengers)
- prize fund: CZK 40.000 (1.600 Euro) and material prizes and services in value of at least CZK 60.000 (2.400 Euro)

12/10/2016 – 10 am – departure from Prague (1st - 2nd round en route to Ostrava)
13/10/2016 – 10 am – departure from Ostrava (3rd - 5th round will be played en route to Warsaw)
14/10/2016 – 10 am – departure from Warsaw (6th - 7th round will be played en route to Krakow)
15/10/2016 – 10 am – departure from Krakow (8th – 10th round will be played en route to Hradec Králové)
16/10/2016 – 11 am – departure from Hradec Králové (11th rounds will be played en route to Prague)

The exact times of departures and arrivals, as well as the location of train stations may be changed according to the current situation on the railway.
The right to change the regulations is reserved. The organizer is entitled to amend the regulations before the start of the tournament, in particular with regard to the number of tournament participants and the current timetable.
