The most beautiful studies and problems of Mario Matouš, the best Czech chess composer of the 20th century, and bizarre chess stories of Pavel Houser connected by illustrations of Kristina Peřichová into one splendid book.
The book was published also in limited numbered edition (100 copies), bound in imitation leather with an embossed diagram, paper cover and sewn ribbon bookmark.
On 240 pages you will found 45 studies and problems, 22 stories and 36 illustrations. The book is supplemented by biographies of both of the authors and several yet non-published photos. The book was published by Prague chess society in 2014.

[20.12.2012 00:00:00] - Prague Chess Society and České dráhy are preparing next year of the tournament in a train and of a trip around five beutiful Central-European cities. Chess Train 2013 will make the route of Prague – Regensburg (Germany) – Innsbruck (Austria) - Salzburg (Austria) – Český Krumlov (Czech republic) – Prague in the days from the 11th to 15th of October 2013.
During those 5 days, you will have the possibility of playing the rapid tournament in salon carriages of specially launched train and you will see several wonderful cities – ancient Regensburg, Innsbruck sunked in the Alps, Mozart´s Salzburg and also two most charming Czech cities - Český Krumlov and Prague.
Who didn´t participate to this event in the past, he can absorb the athmosphere from the photogallery of the Chess Train 2011 and Chess Train 2012. There are also some videoreportages and blogs (Vladimír Horák, Luděk Sedlák).
