[09.10.2016 00:00:00] - The main favourite of the tournament, grandmaster Suat Atalik, do not give any chances to his opponents. After first two days he occupies the first place with maximal number of points. Second place is actually held by dutch chess player Brent Burg, who won againts the ukranian international master Roman Khaetsky in the fifth round. On the side of the czech players, Jaroslav Satranský is playing the best. He is deviding the 3rd to 14th place with the rest of the group of players with 4 points. A great achievement of 11 years old Jakub Kůsa is a surprise of the tournament. He won already three points and he is on the 36th position of the 114 players. So far, his results are few hundreds of points higher than his standard ratings. The most beautiful part - Alp's way from Innsbruck to Salzburg with longer stop in Zell am See - is waiting for the chess players tommorrow.
